We turn a villa great room or a covered terrace into your meeting space, with a large screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and power where you need it. Keynote in the morning, breakouts on the terrace, lunch by the pool.
Our largest homes here, Rancho 9, Casa Akama, and Casa Tres Soles, each sleep about twenty. Anchor leadership and the main session in one, place the team in villas nearby, and keep everyone walkable instead of scattered across resort towers.

A retreat books on a single agreement covering every villa, with one deposit schedule and one clean invoice for finance. You book direct with the operator, so there is no piecing together a dozen hotel confirmations for an expense report, and a named concierge your coordinator or EA can reach directly.
A private chef cooks in each house and housekeeping runs across the collection on one schedule, so working breakfasts, a catered lunch between sessions, and a team dinner all happen without your coordinator managing a single vendor.

Yes. Golf, surf lessons, a yacht afternoon on Banderas Bay, whale watching in season, and a chef's-table dinner, all scheduled ahead of time with the transport that connects them. Your team shows up, everything else is handled.
