Wedding Retreats in Mexico
Private, fully staffed villas that house the whole celebration, on two of Mexico's most beautiful stretches of Pacific coast. Everyone close, nobody sharing a hotel hallway.
A villa wedding means the couple, the families, and the whole guest list stay together, minutes from the ceremony, with chefs cooking the welcome dinner and the recovery brunch. Choose your coast, and we bring the houses.

The Group Stay Planner
Pick the villas. See the distances. Send it to a person.
01
Build your collection
Choose up to eight villas across the destination for the couple, the families, and everyone who likes their own pool. The map shows the distance between every pair.
02
We shape the proposal
A concierge checks live availability across every villa, holds dates where we can, and returns one coordinated proposal. One conversation, not eleven.
03
One team runs the week
Chefs in every kitchen, housekeeping on one schedule, transport between houses, and a single contact from first pickup to last checkout.
How a villa wedding works
Lodging is the product
01
We house the wedding. Our partners host it.
Lodging is where a destination wedding is won or lost, and it is what we do best: the couple in one estate, every family in its own villa, chefs cooking the welcome dinner and the recovery brunch at home. For the ceremony and reception we partner with the best beach clubs and event venues on each coast, and a few of our villas host the event itself with an event fee.
That honesty matters. Not every villa allows a wedding, and the ones that do have rules on guest count, music hours, and vendors. We confirm in writing what your villa allows before you put down a deposit, so nothing about the day surprises the HOA.
02
One concierge, one contract, one week
Every villa on a single agreement, one deposit schedule, and a named concierge the couple and the planner can reach directly. No juggling eleven confirmation numbers across a wedding block. A private chef cooks in each house, and housekeeping runs across the collection on one schedule, so the person who organized the trip actually gets to enjoy it.
03
Transportation, organized
Corralling wedding guests is the hard part of any destination weekend. We schedule professional drivers ahead of time, coordinated directly with the villa staff and your planner, so airport pickups, the ride to the ceremony, and the 1am trip home all just happen. Nobody texts license plates at midnight.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which destinations do you host weddings in?+
Los Cabos on the Baja peninsula and Punta Mita in Riviera Nayarit, the two Pacific-coast destinations where we hold enough neighboring villas to house a full wedding party. Each has its own page with the estates, capacities, and live rates.
Can the ceremony happen at the villa?+
Sometimes. A few villas allow ceremonies and receptions on site with an event fee, and your concierge will tell you honestly which ones suit your headcount. Most weddings we host pair villa lodging with a beach club or event venue we partner with, usually minutes from the houses.
How many guests can you host across villas?+
Our largest estates sleep 20 to 24 overnight. Most weddings run between 20 and 80 guests across three to six neighboring villas, often within a short walk of each other. When the list runs larger, we place the party across more villas nearby.
Who plans the wedding itself?+
We run the stay and the houses: chefs, staff, housekeeping, transport, and a concierge across every villa. For the event we work alongside the wedding planner and vendors you trust, or ones from the network we have used on each coast for years.
How does pricing work for a group?+
Each villa has its own nightly rate, and we quote the collection as one proposal so you see the whole picture before anyone commits. There is no charge for the planning, and your card is never requested at the inquiry stage.
