Inside the gate
The community dates to the 1970s and still runs on cobblestone lanes, 24-hour guarded entrances, and its own tunnel through the mountain to the Pacific beach. Residents and guests pass; day traffic does not. That privacy is why the biggest estates in Cabo San Lucas were built here.
Our villas hold the hillside at different altitudes. Casa Cielo sits at the very top, above the white Pedregal sign itself, with 360-degree views from the peak. Villa Di Mare and La Datcha face the open Pacific, ten bedrooms each. Casa de Karma spreads across four hillside lots, and Casa Mirador and Villa Maria hold the ridge between the marina side and the ocean side.

Why stay here
Pedregal is for guests who want downtown Cabo San Lucas available and optional. Walk down to the marina for a charter or dinner, then climb back to a house where the only sound is the ocean. The Pacific below the cliffs is for watching rather than swimming, and from December through April the whales pass close enough to interrupt breakfast.
Every villa comes fully staffed with a private chef and a dedicated concierge, so the house runs itself: charters booked, dinners cooked, drivers on call for the nights that go late.

Where is Pedregal exactly?+
On the hill directly above the Cabo San Lucas marina and downtown, spilling over to the Pacific side of Land's End. The gated entrance is a few minutes from the marina, and Los Cabos airport is about 45 minutes away.
Can you swim at Pedregal Beach?+
The Pacific surf at Pedregal Beach is usually too strong for swimming. Guests swim at the villa pool, or we point you to Médano Beach and the Palmilla bay for calm water.
How close is the nightlife?+
Five to ten minutes by car. Close enough to walk down for dinner at the marina, far enough uphill that the music stays downtown.
