Casa Brisa sits deep inside Kupuri Estates in Punta Mita, where a 36-meter infinity pool with its own fire pit and swing runs toward the Pacific and a full lower level is given over to a cinema, sauna, game room, and yoga studio. Seven en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests, and a house manager, chef, and full team of butlers keep the house running from the first coffee to the last round after dinner. A Suburban with driver and two golf carts, one six-passenger, one four-passenger, stay on property, so the Pacífico and Bahía courses, the Kupuri Beach Club, and the Punta Mita pier are minutes from the door.

Green space wraps the residence on every side, and the house is built to stay open: sea air moves through the living rooms all day, the pool deck holds the late light, and the fire pit takes over once the sun drops behind the point. The 36-meter infinity pool is the center of the property, edged with sun loungers, a swing set over the water, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a fire pit for after dinner. An alfresco dining area and outdoor grill sit alongside expansive lawns and gardens, with an outdoor shower for the walk back from the sand. Terraces and balconies step off the main level toward the ocean, and private beach access opens onto the Punta Mita shoreline.

Interior Amenities

Living spaces open straight onto the pool terrace and carry the water view through the house, with an elevator connecting levels. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, stove, dishwasher, blender, bread maker, coffee maker, wine glasses, and the dining table seats the full party. The entertainment level holds a cinema, a bar, and a game room with pool table and ping pong; alongside it sit a private gym with exercise equipment, a yoga room, sauna, and spa area.

All seven bedrooms have their own bathroom, with air conditioning, linens, towels, and bath amenities throughout. The primary suite takes the ocean side, and several rooms open to terrace access, so mornings start with the sound of the surf rather than an alarm.

The Staff

A house manager oversees the residence, your chef handles three meals a day on your schedule, and a full team of butlers works the bar, the pool deck, and the dining terrace. Housekeeping and laundry run daily, and your driver and Suburban are on property for the length of the stay.
