The Group Stay Planner
Book more than one villa? Plan the whole party in one place.
Most Punta Mita weddings take more than one villa. Select the estates you want for the couple, the families, and the guests, see how close they sit, and send the whole collection to a concierge as one request.

Planning your stay
01
Estates on the point, with room for the party
Punta Mita is a gated peninsula on Banderas Bay, the same nine miles of coast the Four Seasons and the St. Regis share. Our largest homes here, Rancho 9, Casa Akama, and Casa Tres Soles, each sleep about twenty, with lawns and terraces that open straight onto the Pacific for a ceremony that needs no backdrop but the water.
When the guest list runs past one house, we place the couple in the anchor estate and the families in villas nearby, most within the same gated community. Everyone is minutes from the rehearsal dinner, and nobody is booking a resort room at resort rates.
02
The honest part: where the ceremony happens
Some Punta Mita villas host the ceremony and reception on site, usually with an event fee and house rules on guest count, music hours, and vendor access. Others are lodging first, and the wedding itself happens at a beach club or resort venue on the point. We tell you in writing which villa allows what before you put down a deposit, so nothing about the day is a surprise to the HOA.
Your private chef runs the welcome dinner and the morning-after brunch at the house. For the wedding, we work alongside the planner and caterer you already trust, or one from the network we have used on this coast for years.
03
The days around the wedding
Punta Mita gives a wedding week more than a beach. Two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, surf breaks the groomsmen can paddle out to before breakfast, and, in winter, humpback whales in the bay. We arrange the yacht afternoon, the welcome-party catering, and the professional transport that keeps a hundred guests moving between the villas and the venue without a single group text about license plates.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you host a wedding at a villa in Punta Mita?+
Yes, at villas that are event-approved. Approval and capacity vary by house and are set by the community rules on guest count, music hours, and vendors. We confirm the specific villa's event terms in writing before you book, and pair lodging with a beach club or resort venue when the villa is lodging-only.
How many guests can a Punta Mita wedding villa hold?+
Our largest Punta Mita estates sleep about twenty overnight. Most weddings we host place the couple in one estate and the rest of the party in neighboring villas, which together sleep well over a hundred. Ceremony capacity for the day is a separate number set by each villa's event rules.
Where is Punta Mita, and how do guests get there?+
Punta Mita is a gated peninsula in Riviera Nayarit, about 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). We schedule professional drivers so airport pickups and the rides to the ceremony are handled ahead of time and coordinated with the villa staff.
Do you coordinate the wedding itself?+
We run the stay and the houses: chefs, staff, housekeeping, transport, and a concierge across every villa. For the event we work alongside the wedding planner and vendors you choose, or ones from the network we trust on this coast. One team for the week, one planner for the day, talking to each other.
How does pricing work across several villas?+
Each villa has its own nightly rate, and we quote the whole collection as one proposal so you see the full picture before anyone commits. There is no charge for the planning itself, and we never ask for a card at the inquiry stage.
How far ahead should we book?+
For a wedding, nine to eighteen months ahead keeps the best estates on the table, though we have pulled together beautiful weekends on less. Start with your dates and a rough headcount and we will tell you what is realistic.
