Six houses, ten to sixteen guests
Villa Pacifica, Villa Marlago and Vista Hermosa have five bedrooms; Casa Roka, Casa Valhalla and Casa Yeiya have six. Occupancy runs from ten at Vista Hermosa to sixteen at Casa Valhalla and Casa Yeiya, so two or three families fit comfortably without renting space nobody sleeps in.
There is nothing below five bedrooms in our Punta Mita collection, and no condos. If you are looking for a two or three bedroom rental on this coast we are not the right company, and we would rather say so than show you eight bedrooms and hope.

Same staffing, smaller house
The private chef, the household staff and the concierge come with these the same way they come with the estates. A smaller house simply means the chef is cooking for ten instead of twenty, and the concierge is booking one boat instead of three.
Punta Mita's two Jack Nicklaus courses, the surf breaks off the point and the winter humpbacks in Banderas Bay do not scale with the size of your villa.

What is the smallest villa you have in Punta Mita?+
Five bedrooms, sleeping ten. We do not manage any smaller houses or any condos in Punta Mita, so if the group is four or six people you will be renting more space than you need.
Do the smaller villas still come with a chef?+
Yes. Every Punta Mita villa we manage includes the private chef, the household staff and a dedicated concierge in the rate, whatever the size of the house.
Do they have private pools?+
Every Punta Mita villa in our collection has its own pool, and ten of the seventeen are heated. Which of these six is heated is on each villa's own page.
Are any of them beachfront?+
Three of our seventeen Punta Mita villas sit directly on the beach, and we will tell you which rather than calling the whole collection beachfront. The rest are a short walk or golf cart ride from the water. Ask the concierge which beach each one uses, because on this peninsula that is a house-by-house answer.
