The whole celebration, under your own roofs
We house destination weddings and corporate gatherings across private, fully staffed villas in Los Cabos, Punta Mita, and La Paz, and partner with the region's best beach clubs and venues for the event itself. Everyone close, nobody sharing a hotel hallway.

Why villas
A hotel gives your guests rooms. We give them houses.
A wedding weekend or a leadership retreat lives and dies on the time between the scheduled things: the slow breakfasts, the pool afternoons, the conversations that only happen when people share a kitchen instead of a lobby. Booking neighboring villas puts the couple in one house, each family in its own, and the whole party within a few minutes of each other. In Villas del Mar, a cluster of our villas sits inside a single gated Palmilla community, close enough to walk between with a drink in hand.
Every Luxmex villa comes staffed. Private chefs cook in each house, housekeeping runs on one schedule, and a single concierge coordinates the week across every roof, so the person who organized the trip actually gets to enjoy it. You book direct with the operator, and the same team that signed the proposal is the one standing at the door when the first car arrives.

Weddings & celebrations
We house the wedding. Our partners host it.
Lodging is where a destination wedding is won or lost, and it is what we do best: the couple in one estate, every family in its own villa, chefs cooking the welcome dinner and the recovery brunch at home. For the ceremony and reception we partner with the best beach clubs and event venues in Los Cabos, and a few of our villas can host the event itself with an event fee. We run the houses and the week; wedding planners we trust, or the one you already love, run the day.
How a wedding weekend flows
Four days, one address book
Thursday
Arrival, unpacked for you
Cars meet every flight. Guests land in their own villas, the chefs have dinner going, and the welcome party happens on a terrace instead of in a hotel bar.
Friday
The slow day
Pools, paddleboards, a yacht for whoever wants the water. The couple disappears for photos at golden hour while the chefs prep the rehearsal dinner.
Saturday
The wedding
Ceremony and reception at a beach club or venue we helped your planner choose, or at select villas that host events with an event fee. Either way, home is minutes away when the last song ends.
Sunday
Recovery brunch
One long table, chilaquiles and ceviche, everyone in whatever they slept in. This is the morning guests talk about for years.
Start with the big houses
The estates groups ask about first
These are our largest villas by capacity. Most celebrations anchor the couple or the leadership team in one of them and place everyone else in villas nearby. The planner shows you exactly how near.

Anniversaries · Reunions · Milestones
Celebrations that deserve a whole house
Fiftieth birthdays, vow renewals, the reunion that finally gets everyone in one place. The same collection that hosts wedding parties hosts milestone weeks: an anchor estate for the guest of honor, villas nearby for everyone else, and chefs who treat the last dinner like the point of the trip.
For the organizer
The logistics we make invisible
Transportation, organized
Corralling wedding guests is the hard part of any destination weekend. We schedule professional drivers ahead of time, coordinated directly with the villa staff and your planner, so airport pickups, the ride to the ceremony, and the 1am trip home all just happen. Nobody texts license plates at midnight.
One agreement, one point of contact
Every villa on a single agreement, one deposit schedule, and a named concierge the couple and the planner can call or text directly. No juggling eleven confirmation numbers across a wedding block.
Chefs and staff on one schedule
A private chef cooks in every house, and housekeeping runs across the collection on one rhythm, so the welcome dinner, the getting-ready morning, and the recovery brunch happen without anyone managing them.
The week around the wedding
Yacht afternoons, sportfishing for the groomsmen, spa mornings for the bridal party, a sunset cruise for everyone. We build the days around the big one, at whatever scale the budget wants.
The Group Stay Planner
Pick the villas. See the distances. Send it to a person.
01
Build your collection
Choose up to eight villas for the couple, the families, and the guests who like their own pool. The map shows the distance between every pair.
02
We shape the proposal
A concierge checks live availability across every villa, holds dates where we can, and returns one coordinated proposal. One conversation, not eleven.
03
One team runs the week
Chefs in every kitchen, housekeeping on one schedule, transport between houses, and a single contact from first pickup to last checkout.
Questions
What planners ask us first
Can the ceremony and reception happen at the villa?+
Sometimes. A few of our villas allow ceremonies and receptions on site with an event fee, and your concierge will tell you honestly which ones suit your headcount. Most of the weddings we host pair villa lodging with a beach club or event venue we partner with, usually minutes from the houses, which keeps the party close without putting a dance floor over the pool.
Who plans the wedding itself?+
We run the stay and the houses: chefs, staff, housekeeping, transport, and a concierge across every villa. For the event itself we work alongside wedding planners and DMCs we trust, or the planner you already have. You get one team for the week and one planner for the day, talking to each other.
How many guests can you host across villas?+
Our largest neighboring villas sleep well over a hundred guests combined. Most weddings and retreats we host run between 20 and 80 guests across three to six villas, often within a short walk of each other in communities like Villas del Mar in Palmilla.
How does pricing work for a group?+
Each villa has its own nightly rate, and we quote the collection as one proposal so you see the whole picture before anyone commits. There is no charge for the planning itself, and your card is never requested at the inquiry stage.
Do you handle corporate billing and contracts?+
Yes. Retreats and incentive trips get a single agreement covering every villa, one invoice, and a named contact your coordinator can reach directly. We work with outside planners and DMCs as easily as we do with an in-house EA.
How far ahead should we reach out?+
For a wedding, nine to eighteen months ahead keeps the best estates on the table, though we have pulled together beautiful weekends on far less. Corporate retreats usually firm up three to six months out. Either way, start with dates and a rough headcount and we will tell you what is realistic.
