The Villa

Villa Pacifica with Guest House is the whole compound: the beachfront main house and its adjoining guest house opened up as one seven-bedroom estate for up to sixteen guests, with eight bathrooms between them. It sits on the sand in Ranchos Estates, inside the private, gated 1,500-acre community of Punta Mita in the Riviera Nayarit, about an hour from Puerto Vallarta.

The main house was designed by architect Pepe de Yturbe across 11,000 square feet, and it holds the heart of the estate: the palm-tree courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool and jacuzzi with pool beds, and a garden terrace with a fire pit and panoramic ocean views. The guest house stands a few steps away with bedrooms and baths of its own. That is the configuration guests come here for. Two families traveling as one, or a group that wants the grandparents, the in-laws or the teenagers under a separate roof without anybody leaving the property.

The Staff

An estate that sleeps sixteen is staffed for sixteen. Two gourmet chefs and two private butlers work alongside the house manager, the personal concierge and the on-site housekeeping team, so a full table is served at once rather than in shifts. From the moment you arrive your luggage is taken care of, and the first margaritas are already made.

Exclusive Amenities

Reserving the estate carries the same Club Punta Mita access as the main house: five beach clubs (Surf Club, Kupuri, Sea Breeze, Pacifico and Sufi), the Jack Nicklaus golf courses with the famous “Tail of the Whale” 3-B hole, the world’s only natural island green, and a tennis center run by Peter Burwash International, plus a fitness center, full pro shop and locker facilities. A golf cart comes with the villa for getting around the peninsula.

The Beach

From the pool’s grass area a private stairway leads down to the beach, with the water a few steps from the door and the sunset landing over the Pacific from the terrace every evening of the stay.
