Casa Tres Soles is located on the exclusive beachfront enclave of El Banco within Punta Mita. This prestigious setting provides access to the area’s premium amenities, including two Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, a world-class tennis center, and a collection of private beach clubs.

Punta Mita is a haven for ocean lovers, with crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, and kayaking. For surf enthusiasts, the region offers a variety of breaks suitable for every level, while jet skiing adds another layer of adventure.

Guests can also enjoy luxury yacht excursions, where spotting dolphins, whales, and the stunning Marietas Islands makes for an unforgettable day on the water.

House Rules

• Pets: Please inquire if you wish to bring pets.
• No Unauthorized Events: All events must be pre-approved.
• Neighborhood Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours starting at 10 PM.
• For groups larger than 18 guests, an additional fee of $500 USD per person, per night will apply.
• In addition to the nightly rates Guests is responsable for all food and and Beverage during their stay. F&B deposit is calculated at $180 USD per person pero day.
• Secuirty deposit is equivalent to 1 nightly rate.
• Rate includes 3 return suburban airport transfers or 1 sprinter van (16 gues) return airport transfer.
• Upon request and with advance notice, additional service hours beyond 11:00 pm may be arranged at a cost of $75 USD per staff member, per hour. The General Manager will determine the required number of staff based on the requested service. A minimum of 2 Butlers and 1 Cook is required. Service may be extended until no later than 2:00 am.
