Large Group Villas in Punta Mita

Bedrooms are the easy part. A group of twenty needs a kitchen a chef can work in, enough bathrooms that nobody queues, a table that seats everyone at once, and outdoor space that does not put half the party indoors. These twelve homes were picked on maximum occupancy, which in Track is the number the house is actually set up to sleep, not a sofa-bed count.

Our largest are Casa Akai and Casa Tres Soles at twenty-two each, then Casa Akama, Rancho 9 and Pacifico 7 Norte at twenty. Below those, Casa Brisa, Casa Todos Juntos, Pacifico 6 Sur, Estate Ikal, Casa Valhalla, Casa Yeiya and Villa Pacifica with its guest house run sixteen to eighteen.

Past twenty-two we place the group across neighbouring villas. Punta Mita is a gated peninsula, not a strip of coast, so the second and third house are usually minutes from the first rather than a drive away. The Group Stay Planner puts the villas you are considering on one map and sends the whole collection to a concierge as a single request, with one proposal covering all of them.

That is also how most weddings and company retreats here work: an anchor estate for the couple or the leadership team, and the rest of the party within walking or golf cart distance.

Every Punta Mita home in our collection carries the private chef and the household staff in the rate. For a group this size that matters more than it does for four people: breakfast for twenty, a long lunch by the pool, and dinner at one table, none of which anyone in your party shops for, cooks or cleans up after.
