The house does the work
Every Luxmex villa comes with a private chef and a concierge, which changes the math on a group trip. Breakfast appears before the pool day starts. The welcome-night taco dinner is cooked and cleared while you're still on the terrace. Grocery stocking, airport pickups, and the reservation at El Farallon or Acre are all one text to the concierge.
For the big day out we charter the yacht through our own fleet page, not a middleman. A day on the water with Land's End and the Arch behind you, then back to the villa for a spa afternoon: massage therapists and nail techs come to the house.

Pick your side of Cabo
Groups that want the nightlife stay in Pedregal, five minutes above downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina. Casa de Karma sleeps 16 there, with Villa Di Mare and La Datcha holding 20-plus when the guest list grows.
Groups that want quiet mornings pick the San José del Cabo side: Palmilla and Puerto Los Cabos villas sit near the swimmable bay and the Thursday art walk, half an hour from the clubs but a world calmer at 9 a.m.

How many people fit in a bachelorette villa?+
Our group villas sleep 14 to 24. For a party of 10 to 12, a six-bedroom home gives everyone a real bed; past 16, look at Villa Di Mare, La Datcha, or Villa Saguaro.
Is a villa cheaper than hotel rooms for a group?+
Split across 12 to 16 guests it is usually comparable or better than beachfront hotel rooms, and the chef, pool, and common space come with it. Every villa page shows live nightly rates, so you can do the per-person math before you commit.
Can the concierge plan the whole itinerary?+
Yes. Yacht day, beach club daybeds at Médano, in-villa spa, dinner reservations, decorations, photographers. You approve the plan; they book it.
Do the villas allow parties?+
House gatherings, yes; each villa has its own rules on guest count and music hours, which we confirm before you book. For a full-scale event we'll point you to the event-approved estates.
How far is the airport?+
San José del Cabo villas are 20 to 30 minutes from SJD; Cabo San Lucas villas about 45. The concierge arranges group transfers so nobody negotiates with a taxi line.
