Casa Todos Juntos is an eight-bedroom beachfront residence inside the gated Bolongo community at Punta de Mita, set directly on the sand with unobstructed Pacific views and a full house staff in residence. The house sleeps eighteen across eight en-suite bedrooms, with an infinity pool and jacuzzi spilling toward the beach, a pool-table entertainment room, and use of Bolongo's beach clubs, pools, gym, cinema, yoga room, kids club, spa and restaurants.

Mornings here start early, with coffee carried out to the oceanview terrace while humpbacks surface offshore and frigate birds ride the thermals over the point. By afternoon the group has spread out, some on the poolside loungers, some on the sand under the alfresco dining setup, the rest lining up shots at the pool table in the cool of the entertainment room. After dinner everyone drifts back to the fire pit, where the surf is the only sound left.

Exterior Features

The infinity pool and adjoining jacuzzi run the width of the terrace and read straight into the ocean, framed by poolside sun loungers and shaded outdoor seating. Steps below, direct beach access opens onto a stretch of sand set with alfresco dining and a second bank of loungers, so lunch can happen at the water's edge. A Coyote outdoor grill anchors the barbecue area, oceanview terraces wrap the upper level for sunset, and the fire pit becomes the gathering point once the plates are cleared.

Interior Amenities

Inside, the layout is open and modern: tall ceilings, deep glass openings that pull the ocean into every main room, and a private living room that stays cool and quiet through the afternoon. The kitchen is equipped for a chef cooking for eighteen, kitchen island, refrigeration and freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, oven and range, baking and barbecue tools, spices and wine glasses, and opens to a dining room and dining table sized for the whole group. Smart TVs, cable and a house sound system cover the living spaces, while the dedicated entertainment room adds a pool table and game consoles.

All eight bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, room-darkening shades, air conditioning and ceiling fans, with generous clothing storage and hangers. The master suite faces the water directly, its bathroom finished with a rain shower and soaking tub. Guest suites are distributed for privacy, several with balcony or terrace access, and a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, garage parking and fast wifi keep longer stays comfortable.

Concierge and Services

The house comes staffed. Your private chef handles meals from breakfast onward, your butler doubles as bartender on the terrace at sundown, and daily housekeeping resets the residence while you are out. Your concierge pre-stocks groceries before arrival and arranges airport transfers, in-villa spa treatments, babysitting, restaurant reservations, yacht charters, golf cart rental and custom excursions across Punta Mita.
