Days: water and fairways
Marlin is the headline here. Charters leave the Cabo San Lucas marina before sunrise and your concierge books the boat, the crew, and the licenses; in October the Bisbee's Black & Blue tournament turns the whole marina into a fishing festival. Bring the catch home and the chef grills it that night.
Golfers pick between Palmilla's 27 holes, the marina-side course at Puerto Los Cabos, and Quivira's cliff holes above the Pacific. Tee times, carts, and the return ride are handled.

Nights: your house, your rules
Pedregal villas sit five minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, close enough to walk into the noise and far enough that you don't sleep in it. Casa de Karma sleeps 16 across four hillside lots; La Datcha and Villa Di Mare take 20 or more with pool decks made for a late night.
Every house is fully staffed. Dinner is cooked at home as often as you want it, the fridge is stocked to your list before you land, and the concierge quietly fixes whatever the group breaks in the plan, from a missed tee time to a 2 a.m. taco run.

One nightly rate for the house, shown live on every villa page. Split 14 ways it is usually less than everyone booking their own hotel room, and the chef's meals replace a lot of restaurant bills.
What about transport at night?+
