Punta Pacifico 7 is a nine-bedroom estate set directly on the Pacifico golf course in Punta Mita, with the Tail of the Whale hole and the open Pacific in view and an elevator serving every level of the house. Twenty guests settle into nine en-suite bedrooms, with a pool and jacuzzi, a 19th-hole entertainment space, a golf simulator, a media room, a game room, and a private gym all under one roof. For a milestone birthday or a multi-family reunion, the estate can be paired with the neighboring residence so a single group takes both properties.

Mornings begin on the terrace with coffee while the fairway below is still empty and the surf line reads clean all the way to the point. By late afternoon the pool deck becomes the center of the house, the bar pouring, the pizza oven heating, the fire pit lit as the sun drops behind the headland and the last groups play through.

Exterior Features

The pool runs toward the golf course and the water beyond, with an integrated jacuzzi and lounge terraces on either side.
