Two four-person golf carts wait by the garage for the short run to the beach club or the first tee. The terrace runs the length of the house and steps down to a heated pool with a built-in jacuzzi, sun loungers, and an uninterrupted line of sight across the Tail of the Whale to open ocean. An outdoor kitchen anchors the entertaining side with a grill and a wood-fired pizza oven, a bar for sunset rounds, and shaded alfresco dining for the full group. A fire pit takes over after dinner, and a putting green sits off the garden for the ones who want one more hole before the light goes.

Interior Amenities

Living spaces open wide to the ocean, with a formal dining room, a sitting room, and a kitchen built around a large island with full appliances, dishwasher, wine glasses, spices, and cooking basics, for your chef or for you. A dedicated theater room with a sound system and smart TVs handles movie nights; the game room next door has a pool table and board games. A private gym with exercise equipment and a spa area round out the wellness wing, and an elevator connects every floor, so no bedroom or common space requires a flight of stairs.

The master suite and seven guest bedrooms all carry en-suite bathrooms, with rain showers, soaking tubs, room-darkening shades, and generous clothing storage. Most look out to the Pacific, and several open onto terrace space of their own.

Concierge and Services

Daily housekeeping and daily meal preparation come with the house: your in-house chef cooks to your menu, your butler keeps the bar and the terrace running, and your dedicated concierge handles the calendar. Two four-person golf carts stay on property. Guests receive access to the Pacífico Beach Club, Sufi Beach Club, Surf Club, Kupuri Beach Club, and Sea Breeze Beach Club (minimum consumption applies), plus tennis courts and the fitness center subject to availability and access fees, and Premier Golf membership privileges within Punta Mita. Pre-arrival grocery stocking, yacht charters, airport transfers, in-villa spa treatments, babysitting, car rental, restaurant reservations, and custom excursions are arranged on request, and when the party is larger than eight bedrooms, the adjacent residence can be added to the booking.
