About Cabo San Lucas
01
The Setting
Pedregal is the landmark address, a hillside of private villas rising straight from the marina with the Pacific on one side and the town at your feet. From up here you are a short drive from Médano Beach, the marina restaurants, and the boats that run out to the Arch for the day.
Cabo San Lucas is also the sportfishing capital of the coast. Your concierge arranges the charter, the crew, and an early start, then has the day's catch cooked for you back at the villa that evening.
02
Why Stay Here
This is the side of Los Cabos for guests who want dinner reservations, a night out, and a marina full of options, without giving up their privacy. Every villa comes fully staffed, so the house runs itself while you are out, and your chef and concierge handle the rest.
03
The beaches and the water
Médano Beach, the long swimmable arc facing the marina, is where Cabo San Lucas actually gets in the ocean: beach clubs, calm water, and the Arch in view across the bay. The Pacific side below Pedregal is the opposite, surf for watching rather than swimming, which is exactly what you want at sunset with a drink in hand.
The marina runs the day trips. Boats leave every morning for the Arch and Lover's Beach, sportfishing charters head out before dawn, and from December through April the whale-watching pangas barely have to leave the bay. Your concierge books the boat and has the day's catch cooked back at the villa that evening.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far is Cabo San Lucas from the airport?+
About 45 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Your concierge arranges the transfer so a driver is waiting when you land.
Is Cabo San Lucas walkable?+
The marina and downtown are easy to walk once you are there. The hillside villas in Pedregal sit above town, so most guests use a driver or a short taxi for the trip down, which the concierge sets up.
Where are your Cabo San Lucas villas?+
All six sit inside Pedregal, the gated hillside community directly above the marina: La Datcha, Villa Di Mare, Casa Cielo, Casa de Karma, Casa Mirador, and Villa Maria. They range from six bedrooms to ten.
Can you swim at the beach in Cabo San Lucas?+
At Médano Beach, yes: it faces the protected bay and stays calm. The Pacific beaches below Pedregal are for walking and watching the surf, so guests swim at Médano, at the villa pool, or over in the Palmilla bay.
When is whale season?+
December through April. Grays and humpbacks calve in the bays here, close enough that the hillside villas watch them from the terrace, and the marina's whale-watching boats fill the gap between breakfast and lunch.
