Villa Marlago

Villa Marlago is a three-level, five-bedroom residence inside the gated Four Seasons/St. Regis enclave at Punta Mita, built around a central courtyard that opens toward Bahia de Banderas and the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Hand-crafted Mexican detailing, high ceilings, and wall-sized sliding doors keep the house open to the water on every level, and the layout gives twelve guests both room to gather and places to disappear.

Mornings begin quietly in the courtyard, where coffee arrives before the fairways below have filled in. By afternoon the sliding walls are open, the terraces have taken over as the living room, and the only decision left is whether to stay in the pool or walk down to the pier.

Exterior Features

The infinity pool reads straight out to the ocean with the golf course in the middle distance, and the heated water makes it usable in every season. Lounge chairs line the deck, an outdoor dining table seats eight under the terrace, and a gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen sit within a few steps of the table. After dinner the fire pit becomes the gathering point, with the bay going dark beyond the railing. Expansive terraces wrap each level, so there is shade in the morning, sun at midday, and a sunset spot that changes with the season.

Inside, the three levels are organized around the courtyard: a private living room, a dedicated entertainment room, and a dining room that seats the full house. The kitchen is set up for real cooking, with a kitchen island, full appliance suite, wine glasses, barbeque utensils, and a blender for the pool run. Five bedrooms and six bathrooms are spread across the levels so that families and couples travelling together each get a private corner, with rain showers, a tub, room-darkening shades, and air conditioning throughout. Smart TVs, cable, and a sound system cover the entertainment room and living spaces, and 100+ Mbps WiFi reaches the whole residence for anyone who has to check in with the office.

Concierge and Services

Your in-house chef and waiter team works from 8am to 4pm, handling breakfast on the terrace and lunch by the pool, and daily housekeeping keeps the residence reset while you are out. Your dedicated concierge handles pre-arrival grocery shopping, golf cart reservations, restaurant bookings, yacht charters, airport transfers, in-villa spa treatments, and babysitting. Membership access opens the rest of Punta Mita: preferential tee times at Pacifico, Bahia, and the Greg Norman-designed Higuera courses, tennis, pickleball, paddle courts, gym and jogging paths, the Kupuri Pilates studio and Kids Club, and the Pacifico, Sufi Ocean, Surf Club, Kupuri, and St. Regis Sea Breeze beach clubs.
