Vista Hermosa

Villa Vista Hermosa sits on the oceanfront edge of Porta Fortuna, inside the gates of Punta Mita, and runs entirely on one level, hacienda-style courtyards that open into living rooms, which in turn open onto the Pacific with no stair between the front door and the last sun lounger. Five en-suite bedrooms sleep ten, and the residence comes with its own infinity pool, a two-car garage, a six-passenger golf cart, and Premier Golf privileges on the Pacífico and Bahía courses.

Contemporary Mexican architecture sets the tone here: thick plaster walls, deep shaded loggias, and long sightlines that pull the water into every room. Mornings start quietly in the courtyard with coffee before the breeze picks up; by late afternoon the whole household drifts to the pool deck, where the water meets the horizon and the sunset does most of the entertaining. It is a house built for a family or a group of friends taking the whole property together, with enough separation between suites that everyone keeps their own rhythm.

Exterior Features

The private infinity pool runs along the ocean side of the residence, edged by sun loungers and a shaded lounging area for the middle of the day. Alfresco dining seats eight, with a grill and an outdoor kitchen for long, unhurried lunches between beach and pool. Beach chairs and beach towels are on hand, and the six-passenger golf cart makes the run to the sand, the courts, or the clubhouse a two-minute ride. Guests have access to the Punta Mita beach clubs, Pacífico, Sufi, Surf Club, Kupuri, and St. Regis, as well as the Punta Mita Pier and the surf breaks just beyond it.

Interior Amenities

Single-level living keeps the plan generous and open: courtyards feed into living and dining spaces that flow toward the sea, all air conditioned, with modern finishes throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for a private chef or for cooking at home, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, bread maker, coffee maker, and wine glasses, with a dining table for the whole group. Five bedrooms each have a private bathroom; bathrooms are stocked with premium bath amenities, and a jacuzzi tub adds a place to unwind after a day of golf or surf. Cable television, wireless internet at 100+ Mbps, laundry with washer and dryer, a two-car garage, private parking, and an electric vehicle charger round out the practical side of the house.

Concierge and Services

Daily maid service and a cook for breakfast and lunch are included with your stay (groceries are separate), and your dedicated concierge handles the rest of the week before you land: pre-arrival grocery shopping, golf cart reservations, airport transfers, in-villa spa treatments, babysitting, car rentals, restaurant bookings, yacht charters, and custom excursions. A private butler, bartender, or private chef for dinner can be arranged on request. Membership access brings preferential tee times at Pacífico and Bahía, special green fee rates at the Greg Norman-designed Higuera course, and use of the tennis, pickleball, paddle, gym, and jogging facilities, plus Kupuri's pilates studio and Kids Club, a heliport, and emergency medical assistance on the resort.
