Every villa on a single agreement, one deposit schedule, and one clean invoice for finance. You book direct with the operator, so there is no piecing together a dozen hotel confirmations for an expense report, and a named contact your coordinator or EA can reach directly. We work with outside planners and DMCs as easily as with an in-house organizer.

Los Cabos on the Baja peninsula and Punta Mita in Riviera Nayarit. Each has enough neighboring villas to house a full team and its own page with the estates, capacities, and live rates. Cabo is year-round; Punta Mita is at its best from November through May.

Most retreats run between 20 and 80 people across three to six neighboring villas. Our largest estates anchor leadership and the meeting space, and the collection scales up from there.
Can you organize the team experiences and transport?+
