Villa La Vida stands at Villas Del Mar 365, inside the double-gated Palmilla community on the Los Cabos corridor, four miles west of San José del Cabo and about twenty minutes from the airport. Five bedrooms, six bathrooms and room for twelve guests, on one of the few residential stretches of coast in Cabo where the sea is calm enough to swim.
Outdoors
The house opens onto a terrace above the Sea of Cortez. There are loungers for the long middle of the day, an outdoor dining set for the meals nobody wants to eat inside, and a fire pit for after the sun has gone. The private pool is heated year-round and the hot tub sits beside it. A grill and BBQ area handle the evenings the chef cooks outside, and a golf cart comes with the villa for the short run to the beach or the golf club.
Indoors
Twelve guests fit here without anybody queuing for anything: five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a full kitchen with an island, a living room built around the view, and a fireplace for the handful of Baja evenings that call for one. Air conditioning runs throughout, the Wi-Fi is 500 Mbps, and the smart TVs are there for the afternoon nobody wants to leave the sofa.
