Casa Akai is located within the exclusive La Punta Estates in Punta Mita, offering privacy, elevated ocean views, and easy access to the area’s premium amenities. Guests can enjoy two Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, a world-class tennis center, and a selection of private beach clubs.
Punta Mita is a paradise for ocean enthusiasts, with crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Surfers can find breaks suitable for every skill level, while jet skiing provides additional adventure.
Luxury yacht excursions are also available, offering the chance to spot dolphins, whales, and the Marietas Islands for an unforgettable day on the water.
House Rules
- Pets: Please inquire if you wish to bring pets.
- No Unauthorized Events: All events must be pre-approved.
- Neighborhood Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours starting at 10 PM.
- For groups larger than 18 guests, an additional fee of $500 USD per person, per night will apply.
- In addition to the nightly rates Guests is responsable for all food and and Beverage during their stay. F&B deposit is calculated at $180 USD per person pero day.
- Secuirty deposit is equivalent to 1 nightly rate.
- Rate includes 3 return suburban airport transfers or 1 sprinter van (16 gues) return airport transfer.
- Upon request and with advance notice, additional service hours beyond 11:00 pm may be arranged at a cost of $75 USD per staff member, per hour. The General Manager will determine the required number of staff based on the requested service. A minimum of 2 Butlers and 1 Cook is required. Service may be extended until no later than 2:00 am.
