House Rules
- Pets: Please inquire if you wish to bring pets.
- No Unauthorized Events: All events must be pre-approved.
- Neighborhood Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours starting at 10 PM.
- For groups larger than 18 guests, an additional fee of $500 USD per person, per night will apply.
- In addition to the nightly rates Guests is responsable for all food and and Beverage during their stay. F&B deposit is calculated at $180 USD per person pero day.
- Secuirty deposit is equivalent to 1 nightly rate.
- Rate includes 3 return suburban airport transfers or 1 sprinter van (16 gues) return airport transfer.
- Upon request and with advance notice, additional service hours beyond 11:00 pm may be arranged at a cost of $75 USD per staff member, per hour. The General Manager will determine the required number of staff based on the requested service. A minimum of 2 Butlers and 1 Cook is required. Service may be extended until no later than 2:00 am.
