16Staying in Villa Fundadores rental comes with the added bonus of full access to the Fundadores Beach Club for just $250 for the whole group. This fee covers usage for up to a week and allows all guests in the villa to enjoy its amenities, which include a restaurant, pool, hot tub, gym, massage room, and the beautiful beach. With the Fundadores Beach Club, you can relax, rejuvenate, and make unforgettable memories during your stay in Los Cabos. Villa Fundadores is a new construction home in the exclusive Fundadores. Villa Fundadores fits seamlessly into its grand surroundings with a mix of private amenities and upscale modern appeal. There are walls of glass and large windows in Villa Fundadores that open up home to the beauty of Puerto Los Cabos.
Staff and Services
Gourmet chef: Our chefs will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or drinks needed throughout your stay. Food and Beverages are Not Included, we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed. For reservations of over 10 people, a sous chef will be required, with an extra fee of $150/day.
Private Butler Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed.
housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.

Transportation Airport & General: If you don't require a driver and van 24/7, we can always quote and organize transportation to and from the Villa. Our airport transport is $130 each way for a suburban which can usually fit 6 people or $185 each way for a sprinter van for up to 15 passengers.
