Absolutely incredible property and staff. The view is beautiful and the home is very airy and comfortable. Our concierge Alexia was excellent. Our butler Oscar was fabulous. Made us delicious drinks and catered to our every whim. Our chef Irving made us over the top delicious meals. We even cancelled restaurant reservations to stay home and eat. Cannot say enough great things about this place. It’s a 10 property.

Absolutely phenomenal stay at the Villa el Cielo for my 40th birthday trip. The villa was even more phenomenal in person. The staff - Lucia, our concierge; Juan Ignacio, our chef; and Osuna, our butler - were lovely and did everything possible to make our stay magical. The golf cart to get up to the Shoppes or to the beach or just around Palmilla to explore was such a treat. I have never invested even close to this much on a vacation, and I am absolutely over the moon that I did. It was, in a word, magical. Thank you, Lucia, Juan Ignacio, Osuna and the LuxMex team for everything!

Exceeded Expectations

We stayed in a staffed villa and were blown away by the stunning views of the ocean and the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. We loved spending our days lounging by the pool, taking walks on the beach, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The concierge service was fantastic and helped us plan some amazing spa treatments to really enhance our relaxation. We can't wait to come back to this Villa and unwind again.

Great For Families!

Our family had an incredible time staying in Villa 361. The beach was perfect for our kids to play in the sand and swim in the ocean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the spacious villa with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The Luxmex concierge service was fantastic and helped us plan some amazing family-friendly activities, like horseback riding and snorkeling. Hazel is the perfect hostess and our meals with Octavio were outstanding. The kids had a great time in the pool and were constantly going down the rock slide. We will definitely be back! First Class Service, First Class Villa

We were supposed to do our vacation in the bahamas but due to the hurricane we pivoted to come to Cabo. Let me just say after experiencing the staff, villa and the town of San Jose we will be changing our go to vacation spot from the bahamas to Cabo.

What a beautiful place and lovely staff that runs the villa. Weather was great. Chef and food were great. Pool and ocean beautiful. Would go back in a minute. So so relaxing. Go now don't wait and don't hesitate. Worth every penny.

Above & Beyond!

First off the Villa itself was quite wonderful. I was a little hesitant because I was told some remodeling was being done but when we got there it had updated furniture and was quite nicer. The pictures don't really do it justice. In regards to the staff, we opted in for a full time chef and the included Butler. Ulises & Alex were fantastic! Between the drinks and food they made it seemed like we were in a fine dining resort. Will be back soon!

The Best Cabo Experience

We have been coming to Cabo for years. Never would I have imagined that all this time later, we finally found the best place to stay. Between the staff, the residence and everything in between I can say we had the best experience yet at Villa 361. We will undoubtedly be back.
