THE VILLA
This 3-acre, 10-suite estate and our guests are exclusively cared for by our private staff with unmatched quality of service. Rancho 9 is devoted to making each day even more memorable than the last.

The Renowned Mexican architecht Aldaco has put heart and sould into this dramatic 25,000 square foot Palapa-style home. Guests at Rancho 9 are welcomed into a stunning open space living room with 180 degree ocean views. This Punta Mita villa is perched on a point with beaches to both sides and has the best views of any home in the entire area. From the very large palapa living room you step down to the deck, yard and infinity pool area where there are comfortable lounge chairs lined up overlooking the ocean and pool. Rancho 9 features a large media and game room that is enclosed for those who prefer to retreat inside, and multiple sitting areas around the compound. There are both inside and outside dining areas; the formal inside dining room seats sixteen.

There are two master suites, each with huge marble bathrooms and enough closet space to stay for a year! Both master suites open to the ocean and have private exterior sitting areas. In addition, there are two more rooms with king beds and four rooms with two queen beds each. Each suite has ocean views and a large private bath. In the center of the compound there is a yoga room which can also be used as a massage room. In addition, there is another suite with a full bath and kitchenette for your pilot or nanny.

The residence is fully staffed with butler, driver, chef, housekeeping staff as well as on-site concierge. This residence tops any resort anywhere in the world!

Guests enjoy access to the Four Seasons Golf Course with discounted rates, the Four Seasons tennis facilities, and the restaurants of The Four Seasons and St. Regis Hotels. The villa is located approximately five minutes driving from The Four Seasons Hotel. Guests also enjoy Ranchos Estate Concierge services as well as access to the private Rancho Estates Residents Beach Club and RestaurantBy reserving Villa Pacifica, our guests can relish in the services and amenities of Club Punta Mita including the 5 beach clubs; Surf Club, Kupuri, Sea Breeze, Pacifico and Sufi Beach Club, the golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus (known for its “Tail of the Whale” 3-B hole, the world’s only natural island green), tennis center with a program managed by Peter Burwash International (PBI) and fitness center, including a full pro shop and locker facilities.

THE BEACH
From the pool grass area there is a private stairway that leads down to the private beach which connects you to the ocean.
Always a great time to enjoy available Kayaks, paddle boards, and body surfboards.
