After dinner, relax around the large stone fireplace in the living room. Each beautiful suite has a full marble bath, private terrace, TV, refrigerator, safe, and fabulous view.
To meet your business needs, Villa Peñasco provides a boardroom with a large-screen, surround-sound theater system, computer, high-speed, wireless Internet, 300 DVD movie collection, library, and fax machine. Other special amenities include a fitness room and keycard security access system.

The full-time staff, Veronica, Mary and Leno, are at the villa daily (except Mexican holidays) from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM to serve guests in any way they need – they will serve drinks at the pool, make beds, and tidy up around the villa.The fitness room includes a Television with DVD/CD, Surround-Sound Stereo System, BodyGuard Treadmill, Schwinn Elliptical Crosstrainer, Schwinn Recumbent Bicycle, Hoist Multi-Purpose, Weight Machine with Double Benches, Separate Bench with Free Weights, Yoga and Pilates Mats
Staff and Amenities
Gourmet chef (Breakfast): Our chefs will prepare all breakfast for the guests. They can do lunch & dinner as well for $300 per day needed. Food and Beverages are Not Included, we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed.
Private Butler Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed.
Daily Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.
Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.
Destination Planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.
L'Occitane Toiletries: Villas will be stocked with L'Occitane toiletries or equivalent replacements.
