With five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the interiors of this manse in Los Cabos, Mexico exceed 5,500 square feet, while the exterior sprawl encompasses another 2,000 square feet. Each bedroom is spacious with an adjoining capacious, exquisitely tiled bathroom setup and a terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Find three master bedrooms with king beds, a fourth with two queen beds and another bedroom with two double beds. Villa 496’s décor is eclectic with fantastical touches of Morocco in some places, ancient Rome in others and Spanish colonial royalty in still others. Most rooms overlook the pool patio and sea-filled horizon.
A shaded outdoor loggia runs the length of this Los Cabos villa offering cooling cover with ceiling fans and plush furnishings overlooking an infinity pool. Chaises under umbrellas offer yet another place to relax by the pool. A Jacuzzi by the pool is steps away from the fire pit that sits on the edge of the villa overlooking the sea and surrounded by yet more comfortable chairs. A grand round travertine table seats eight and abuts a state-of-the-art grill for bounteous barbeques.
Enter the villa through a precious courtyard anchored by a lapis-tiled fountain and Balinese mediation bench, all shrouded by tropical foliage and bright splashes of ginger lilies and hibiscus. Inside the flow moves up and down a high society-style staircase making an entrance into the downstairs living areas off the patio. From the imposing stone foyer step down into the living room area bolstered by two Tuscan columns where you will find two plush seating areas for entertaining. Tones are in tasteful stone hues that keep motifs integrated and remain easy on the eyes. The overall theme of this villa in Los Cabos is contemporary casual that is expressed in furnishings that are soft and comfortable and arranged in ways to maintain a relaxed air throughout. Wood beams and carved wood accents mixed with classical and folkloric wall art add color and personality to the surroundings.
For formal gatherings a plush dining room seats eight and is the perfect setup for meals served by the villa’s dedicated butler. The dining room is steps away from a magnificent and spacious stone-tiled gourmet kitchen where too many cooks could not spoil the broth. A convenient island can be used for staging or watching the action as the villa’s dedicated chef or other chefs you bring in – from family members to local celebrity food masters – do their magic. After the meal, head to the family room where one conversation pit puts you in front of an ornate fireplace and another setup on the opposite side puts you in front of a television and entertainment system. For those who cannot escape work, an office spread also serves as a bedroom and television room – perfect for children when not being used as a quiet place for poring over research.
Staff and Amenities
Gourmet chef (Breakfast & Lunch): Our chefs will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or drinks needed throughout the day. They can do dinner as well for $200 per day needed. Food and Beverages are Not Included, we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed.
Private Butler Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed.
Daily Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.
Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.
Destination Planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.
L'Occitane Toiletries: Villas will be stocked with L'Occitane toiletries or equivalent replacements.

Nanny Services: We know the struggles of vacationing with kids, we provide full day nanny service at $150/day where one of experienced nanny's will make sure your kids are supervised and safe during your stay.
On Site Chauffeur with Van (Subject to availability): Moving around Cabo can be hard and expensive, we provide a 12-passenger sprinter van and an experienced driver to be on site ready to go wherever you need. Whether it’s to visit Cabo's nightlife or explore la Paz at 350$/day is an all-in-one solution.
Transportation Airport & General: If you don't require a driver and van, we can always quote and organize transportation to and from the Villa. Our airport transport is $130 each way for a suburban which can usually fit 6 people or $185 each way for a sprinter van for up to 15 passengers.

Beach Details
Palmilla's mile long stretch of uninterrupted private beach. It is also one of the only residential swimmable beaches in all of Cabo! Unlike other neighborhoods which have rip currents, Palmilla is nestled into the bay making it safe for children and adults alike to take a plunge.
