16Casa Rio de Luna with 6 rooms can accommodate up to sixteen persons this villa is the perfect place for family reunions and corporate retreats, each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, king or queen size bed, air conditioning, iPod dock, with most bedrooms providing impressive ocean views and comfortable beds.
The villa offers breathtaking ocean views to the sea the Cortez from pool deck and terrace makes the perfect spot for cocktails and weddings.
As part of the benefits of this villa is the access to Punta Bella beach where our team can help with a beach set up (sun shades and chairs) and you can access with a 4 seated club car that the house provides.
Staff and Services
Daily housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.
Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.
Grocery Stocking Services: Our property manager will stock the Villa with any food or beverages you request during your stay and will invoice accordingly.
Destination planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.

Gourmet Chef Services: Our chefs can be requested for the whole day . Our chefs are trained Gourmet chefs who've worked at restaurants and have a diverse culinary background. While they are at the Villa they will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or items needed throughout the day. Food and Beverages are Not Included , we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed.
Private Butler: Butlers are a great addition to any Villa as their focus is making sure everyone is taken care of. All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed. We recommend on reservations of more than 12 people to get a second butler to assist.
Nanny Services: We know the struggles of vacationing with kids, we provide full day nanny service where one of experienced nanny's will make sure your kids are supervised and safe during your stay.
Transportation Airport & General: If you don't require a driver and van 24/7, we can always quote and organize transportation to and from the Villa. Our airport transport is $130 each way for a suburban which can usually fit 6 people or $185 each way for a sprinter van for up to 15 passengers.
