16Casa Edwards’ eight guest rooms all face the sea and offer expansive views of the Sea of Cortez through sliding doors opening to the outside. Fully appointed with all the modern amenities, the comfortable rooms feature handcrafted Mexican accents and top-quality linens.
Casa Edwards has full internet access in the entire house, apple TV in our palapa, master bedroom, living room and Gym. Our gym with more than 10 screens can be really fun. Please feel free to bring your own music in your mobile devices, iPod or iPads, we are able to connect them to our sound system. This trip is about enjoying our family, relaxing and having a good time.
Built in the same traditional style as the Palmilla the home’s red-tiled roofs, whitewashed walls, colorful homemade tiles and fountains envelop you with the gracious charm of old Mexico. The eight bedroom estate cascades down the hillside to its own private beach. Designed for entertaining, Casa Edwards’ expansive outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting, sunset soirees, formal dinner parties or casual get-togethers with family and friends. A verdant oasis with an infinity pool, spa, outdoor palapa bar, 2 gas fire-pit, large patios and a huge lawn, Casa Edwards also features the largest private gym in Cabo.
The 6,000 square foot main house features a large living room with a 70 inch Plasma TV and a bar adjacent to the dining area which seats twelve or more. Four bedrooms surround the great room, and another bedroom and the master bedroom are adjacent to these, opening to the fountain courtyard. There is also a bedroom and bath behind the kitchen which is suitable for staff. All guest bedrooms feature unforgettable blue-water ocean views and private en suite baths. A new addition below the pool and spa level features two additional bedroom suites, an outdoor kitchen, bar and eating area which abut a huge lawn that covers the brand new 4,400 square foot private gym below, at beach level.

Private Butler Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed.
Daily housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.

Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.
Grocery Stocking Services: Our property manager will stock the Villa with any food or beverages you request during your stay and will invoice accordingly.
Destination planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.

Gourmet Chef Services: Our chefs can be requested for the whole day . Our chefs are trained Gourmet chefs who've worked at restaurants and have a diverse culinary background. While they are at the Villa they will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or items needed throughout the day. Food and Beverages are Not Included , we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed.
Private Butler: Butlers are a great addition to any Villa as their focus is making sure everyone is taken care of. All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed. We recommend on reservations of more than 12 people to get a second butler to assist.
Nanny Services: We know the struggles of vacationing with kids, we provide full day nanny service where one of experienced nanny's will make sure your kids are supervised and safe during your stay.
Transportation Airport & General: If you don't require a driver and van 24/7, we can always quote and organize transportation to and from the Villa. Our airport transport is $130 each way for a suburban which can usually fit 6 people or $185 each way for a sprinter van for up to 15 passengers.
