The Renowned Mexican architect Aldaco has put heart and soul into this dramatic 25,000-square-foot Palapa-style home. Guests at Rancho 9 are welcomed into a stunning open space living room with 180-degree ocean views. This Punta Mita villa is perched on a point with beaches to both sides and has the best views of any home in the entire area. From the colossal palapa living room, you step down to the deck, yard, and infinity pool area, with comfortable lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and pool. Rancho 9 features a large media and game room enclosed for those who prefer to retreat inside and multiple sitting areas around the compound.
