Casa Vista One - Two Bedroom Suite
Just 4 blocks from the Jardin or main square in San Miguel de Allende is a modern building with four apartments.  Each apartment has been well designed with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchens and lots of light.  Each unit has full purified water, flat screen TV's, air conditioning and high speed internet.  The owners have thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay.   This one bedroom has a king sized bed.


Each apartment has access to the roof terrace which has 360 degree views of town.  The roof terrace has comfortable seating, a dining area, gas grill and restroom.

The property manager and maid knows each apartment very well.  She gets excellent reviews and can also help with general questions about San Miguel.  Maid service once per week.  Gardener as needed.  Washer and Dryer for each unit.  Check in is 2:00 and check out at 10am.

RENTAL RATES:
Nightly:       $     200  /    300 for Holidays/Winter ( 2 Night min )
Weekly:      $  1,100 /  1,400 for Holidays/Winter
Monthly:     $  3,600 /  4,400 for Holidays/Winter
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
