Relax and enjoy all that PGA West has to offer on one of the best streets in PGA West. This expanded Legends 30 plan, a massive private side courtyard with your own sunny side, and a semi-walled yard with a Private Pool and Spa! Ideally situated away from #2 Hole and #3 Tee box, the location offers park-like views with mature trees. The golf path steers well away from the property, offering lots of privacy. Interior highlights of this spacious, light, and bright condo include separate north and southeast exposures, soaring vaulted ceilings, a sunken bar, spacious ensuite bedrooms, newer tile flooring throughout, and granite counters, separate living and family rooms, and so much more.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter.

We work with the top 3 pool cleaners in the desert, despite that, the desert can have high winds that can turn a perfectly clean pool into a dirty pool in 10 minutes or less. Please report and we will send a pool cleaner as soon as possible. We also try to keep pool skimmers on site at all of our homes. There is the possibility of boatman bugs in the desert, they are completely harmless but can fall from the sky, generally there's a chance for them in August and September, while they can be killed and removed when they are falling from the sky, they will return minutes after treating. There can be sand storms in the desert. While we can promise a pool cleaner will clean the pool 2-3 times per week, we cannot control acts of god, nor are they grounds for cancellation.
