When you walk out out the back door of the building and you will see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the excellent restaurants. 6 other ocean units available in this building, 4 are beach front, perfect for a multi-family vacation or a romantic getaway. This is an efficiency unit, appropriate for 2 adults and up to 2 children max.

This unit does not come with reserved parking. There is free street parking and a number of city lots nearby, with that said, during the summer, on holidays, and busier times of the year it can be difficult finding parking.

If you are temperature sensitive, this may not be the right unit for you in the summer.

If you are noise sensitive this may not be the right unit for you, there are 10 units in the building and the peninsula tends to have a younger crowd.

This unit does not have AC, most ocean close units in Newport Beach do not.
