This home is located three blocks from the jardin or main square. Designed with a modern asthestic it was built with comfort in mind. Each bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen television. The bedrooms also have mini-splits with provide heat during the few weeks it's needed and AC for the warmer months.

The rooftop has 360 degree views of San Miguel including the lake ( presa ) and all of the beautiful churches throughout town. Maid service once per week. High speed internet and filtered water throughout.

RENTAL RATES:
Night:  $   300 / $ 400 for Holidays/Winter - (Three night minimum)
Week:  $1,500 /  $ 1,800 for Holidays/Winter
Month: $ 3,500 / $ 4,200 for Winter
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
