Trails Edge 8 has beautiful finishes with rock accents and hardwood floors, making it both rustic and elegant at the same time. Along with being super close to the main market in the Mountain Village, it is conveniently located on a private ski easement, making the property ski in /ski out to the Chair 10 area of the Telluride Ski Resort. In the summer, enjoy hiking and biking trails all around you. The free gondola system is easily accessed at the Mountain Market grocery and liquor store. From this Gondola Station, you can zip into the Mountain Village Core or continue to the historic Town of Telluride.
Once inside this cozy luxury condo, a large rock fireplace awaits lighting. Curl up on the sofa and chair and have a relaxing evening. The kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet cook of the crowd. Four bar stools are at the kitchen island in case the cook needs some suggestions from the family (HA!). Outside of the living area is a private deck with a grill. Enjoy the alpenglow and relax with a cup of tea or a glass of wine from this vantage point.
The main king bedroom has an ensuite bath with a jetted tub and shower. This is a steam shower as well. The views from the bedroom are stunning! The guest bedroom is located off the kitchen area with two twins that can be made into a king. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower.
Lighten your luggage, knowing that a small laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer and a sink are in the condo for your convenience.
The condo has a private, secure ski locker at the garage level. There is one dedicated spot in the garage for the condo. No scraping snow from your windshield! Directly across from the parking spot is the elevator that takes you directly to the condo entrance.
