The condo is newly remodeled and has plenty of space for a larger group.  With new carpet, appliances, bedding, and features, electronic blinds throughout, PM 137 is clean, comfortable, and spacious.  Each room has a King size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom for privacy. Two of the king bedrooms feature large steam showers.

There are two King bedrooms above the main level, with the two twin loft all the way at the top of the home. The bonus loft is a great escape for kids featuring two twin beds and plenty of additional room.   Two King bedrooms that are located downstairs on the ground level feature doors with access to a lower patio.  Perfect outdoor space to chill and watch the sunset at the end of the day!

 With an open kitchen/dining/living area with beautiful views to the west and a game table, there is plenty of room for all.  A beautiful stone fireplace warms the space and an abundance of comfortable seating.  A balcony and grill completes the main living area.

A heated garage is a perfect place to store your skis or summer gear.  The garage will accommodate smaller vehicles along with your ski gear.  Another vehicle can be parked in front of the garage door.

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
