The living room is expansive with views to the west, yes, you can See Forever to Utah! The living room and Master on this main level share a sunny deck and the chef in the group will love the large Traeger grill. The views might be distracting, so somebody keep an eye on this one! The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, with Bluetooth sound system. The King Master is off the living room with its own spacious bathroom.

The levels above have another King Main with its own private bathroom. The ensuite features a spacious steam shower and jacuzzi tub. The shower is immersive with 5 sprayers! There is a loft above this bedroom with a futon for an extra person.

The third bedroom, the kid’s hangout, has a queen with a twin over bunk bed. The bathroom is located ensuite for this bedroom. Above this bedroom is another loft that can sleep two more kids on fun bean bag twins. This is where the only the noise will be coming from! And the best views in the home.

There is a garage for your car. No ice and snow scraping, as you should park the car and leave it in the garage! Whatever you need is within walking distance or a short gondola ride away.

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
